KATIE – 10th Grade – SOPHMORE Katie… Happy. Helpful. Full of energy. Smiley. Social. Owner of a new driving permit.
EMILY – 7th Grade Emily… Organized. Dedicated. Thoughtful. Responsible. Grown up. So much bigger than a sixth grader. Ready to try new things.
Elementary Kids
Megan – 5th Grade Megan… Wishes she could just skip fifth grade and head straight to Middle School. But super excited about her teacher Mrs. Craddock and friends in her class. Organized. Helpful. Sweet. Growing up.
Luke – 2nd Grade Luke… Ready and excited for school. Fun. Goofy. Fast. Can’t wait for soccer, running club and writing. It’s going to be a good year.
Matthew – 1st Grade Matt… Smiley. Silly. Likely the class clown. Always ready to make you laugh. Loves a hug. Will always be my little dude.
Typically the High Schoolers are off by 7:20, (Ryan drives Katie and school starts at 7:45) and Emily is on the bus by 7:30, (Middle School starts at 7:55) but only 9th graders and 6th graders go on the first day. So today we all walk down to the Elementary school with Megan, Luke and Matt. The Elementary school starts at 8:45. The whole school lines up behind their new teachers outside on the blacktop. The Principal says a few words, we sing the National Anthem and then the classes go in row by row. I just love this school!
