Emily's Big Day

Emily and I were in Target and I asked her help picking out wrapping paper for her birthday. She wandered for a minute until she found pink Princess paper and said, "Mom, I want a Princess Party!!!" Of course you do, Emmy.

This Birthday party was extra special because we had our Walton girl cousins here to help celebrate. Emily carefully picked out a princess dress and matching shoes for each Princess. Emily got to wear her new Belle dress that she got for Christmas. Once dressed we took pictures, spotlighted each Princess with questions of her favorite color and Prince's name, twirled to our Disney Princess CD, played Princess Bingo, colored pictures of Princesses, opened presents and ate pink cake. Every little girl needs a princess party, right? What a great day. Happy 6th Birthday, Emily.

Leah (Tinkerbell), Megan (Jasmine), Emily (Belle), Annie (Cinderella), Katie (Aurora) and Molly (Snow White)

Among other things, Emily got the Tinkerbell move, Tinkerbell figurines, a new sweater, and an American Girl ballet outfit.

Let's try again. (Oh... poor planning... Mom only had three candles!)
I'm six!

I can't believe how TALL Emily is! And how great to have all of the cousins there to celebrate. Great pictures Lisa! Love it that Molly blew out the candles and love it even more that Emily didn't cry. She is so grown up.

Cute pictures Lisa. Sorry Molly blew out the candles. She has a way of being naughty. Thanks for letting us be a part of her day.
