We celebrated Ryan’s 13th birthday with the Chuggs after we got home from the Monastery Ruins. We had chicken kabobs for dinner and then he opened his presents... T-shirts, soccer clothes, new cleats and shin guards, his own stash of candy and soda, and TWO expansion packs for Dominion (his favorite game) – which he was hoping for and thrilled to receive. Luckily they came in the mail THAT day.
Grandma and Grandpa Johnson spoiled Ryan with a new watch, BYU sweatshirt, and iTunes gift card. Grandma and Grandpa Walton gave him cold hard cash. A very happy birthday.
Ryan wanted angel food cake, whip cream and strawberries for his birthday dessert. He lit the match and lit his own candle. Then he blew out the match also blowing out his candle. Then he got the giggles. It was pretty funny. Happy Birthday teenager!
