Ryan had a great first year of seminary. He had early morning seminary in one of the portable classrooms at the High School from 6:45 – 7:30am. His teachers were Brother Mowes and then Sister Allred. He studied the New Testament and was one of only two from his ward to receive the President’s Award – 95% attendance or more, completion of the entire New Testament reading and memorization of all 25 Seminary Mastery Scriptures. He was motivated to get the award and stayed on top of the reading all year long. He saved some of the long scripture mastery’s for the very end but he did it. So proud of you Ryan. One year done… three to go.
On Sunday night Chris and Ryan went to the Seminary Graduation at the Stake Center where he was given his award. Chris sat up on the stand with the other Bishops and President Adams. He is going to miss working with those great men.
