We love our wonderful German neighbors. They’ve been great friends over the past three years and it’s been so fun to share the same front area with. Fun to look out our kitchen window and see them coming or going and talk to them when we pulled in at the same time. They’ve also been so helpful with all our German questions. Such a cute family and we’re going to really miss them.
One week before we were out of our house, they had us over for a BBQ. The food was really good… and was very much appreciated since we were down to eating random cans of mandarin oranges and such in our house across the street. We played in the backyard for hours, played soccer, ate and talked. So much fun.
I’m sure going to miss this gal. But we’ll be keeping in touch for sure.
Their kiddos were a little older than Luke and Matt’s ages and of course spoke only German but the kids still had a great time playing with each other.
So grateful for such wonderful German neighbors. We truly felt welcomed into the neighborhood and now we’re so sad to leave them.
