One of the things the kids had been looking forward to about summer, is to head to the pool. We went with some friends from church during our first week of summer and had a ball. This pool isn’t the biggest in the area but it’s easy to sit in one spot and see all the kids. The little toddler pool is great, they have a climbing structure in the middle pool, a low diving board, a high diving board and a waterslide enclosed in a separate little tower attached to the pool. The water slide empties out into nothing so even the little kids can go down it – and they LOVE it. It really is a great pool, especially when it’s only 7 minutes from your house – and especially when there are tons of friends to play with.
Matthew LOVES the water slide! In typical German fashion there is no age limit and no one actually watching at the top of the slide. Just a red and green light at the top as sort of a suggestion. The kids make long trains, slide into each other and play tag on the water slide. They just LOVE it.
