We enjoyed Ryan's first pinewood derby last night. He had fun designing the look of his car and painting it. Ryan took 4th place out of 14 boys. It was a lot of fun... especially to see the boys be excited for each other with high fives, lots of cheering and big smiles. It is great to be nine. What a fun night. Wow! You are like real parents now...pinewood derby! How fun. If Ryan is 9 that means 10 is right around the corner. Oh he is so grown up. What a fun night for him! I'll have to check out his blog.
